1. How long does laundry processing take?
Standard processing time is minimum 72 hours. Items received after 7:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
2. When should I collect my clothes?
Items must be collected within 30 days. After 30 days, storage charges may apply. Unclaimed items after 90 days may be donated or disposed.
3. What happens if my clothes are damaged?
If damage occurs due to company negligence, compensation up to 10 times the service charge may be provided. Claims must be reported within 48 hours.
4. What if an item is lost?
If an item is misplaced due to company error, compensation of 10 times the service charge will be provided.
5. Are you responsible for items left in pockets?
No. We are not responsible for money, jewelry, electronics, or other items left in pockets.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Bank Transfers.
7. What personal information do you collect?
We collect name, phone number, email, delivery address, and order details for service processing and account management.
8. Is my data secure?
Yes. We use secure servers, encrypted communication (HTTPS), and OTP authentication to protect your information.
9. Do you share my data with third parties?
We do not sell your data. Information may be shared only with delivery partners, payment gateways, or government authorities when legally required.
10. How can I raise a complaint?
